DI30 is a series of Fitness Programmes and Group Training workouts created by The Gym Academy. These workouts require minimal equipment and can be performed in any gym, studio or outdoor environment.

 

Each DI30 workout uses several different training styles and systems and condenses them into one incredible workout allowing greater results to be achieved in a shorter period of time. 

 

Each workout focusses on a specific type of training and introduces clients new forms of exercise (e.g. HIIT, plyomterics, strength, agility, functional) and new types of equipment (e.g. sandbags, kettlebells. agility ladders, medicine balls) giving them a more varied, fun and challenging workout.

FITNESS PROGRAMMES

DI30 Programmes are provided as PDF's and each DI30 workout provides 3 programmes which can form a progressive 12-week periodised programme for Trainers to use with their clients. 

 

Each DI30 Programme can be downloaded and played from any smartphone or tablet.

GROUP TRAINING WORKOUTS

DI30 Group Training Workouts offer highly effective exercises, licensed music tracks, audio cues, timings, alerts and a 30 minute countdown clock. The Group Training workouts are not choreographed and versions are offered with and without music for gym floor, studio and outdoor settings.

 

Each Group Training workout is offered as an MP4 file can be downloaded and played from any smartphone or tablet.
